Directions for use

1. Place bracelet on a cloth or tea towel.

2. Drop 1 drop on 3-4 lava rocks.

3. Leave oil to soak in for 2-3 minutes, then wipe off any excess.

4. Put on wrist and adjust to fit.

5. Add extra drops whenever needed.
